One-on-one Mentoring

The Internet has enabled Haiti Share to be a part of our team member's lives from a distance in ways never before possible. We mentor team members by instant messaging, e-mails, and video phone calls.

Dr. Harmsen, the Executive Director is currently making three visits a year to train the team and mentor individual team members in person.

Dr. Volcy, our leadership consultant is also available as a resource for team members.
