March 6, 2011: "Let me tell you something, when you think all things are lost, then Jesus is the place where you can find strength and courage for a better tomorrow." (email excerpt from a team member to fellow team members, translated from Creole.)

Jan 15, 2011: It was very nice to start the new [year] with them [the team] and renew our heart and strength to work with Haiti Share and this year we determine to work and to move [and] never stop pray[ing].

Jan 11, 2011: Thanks for supporting the trip to l'Artibonite [to deliver water filtration systems].  God was also with us in this trip.  It was just one day, but I think it meant a lot for our team and for the people in L'Artibonite, cause they are very concerned about the cholera.  They all send their greetings and appreciate what we do for them.

2008

13 Apr 2008: We are very glad to hear that you know how the things are right now here. This week was very hard for us here. As you said, God knows and He has the answers for the problems. We're not going to stop praying. The senators vote to change the government, and the people cry for food everywhere.

8 Apr 2008: I had a good week at school but today I didn't go to school 'cause everyone oblige to do manifestation in all the streets,in front of the palace, 'cause the expensive life in Haiti is very hard. There are a lot of people dying of hunger. I have hope that God will feed so many people by Haiti Share. THANKS be to God for Haiti Share.

8 Apr 2008: Thanks a lot for all the words of encouragement that you sent for me. They comfort me. We have a lot of problems, no job, food and work. May God show us what to do. In Haiti Share we will stand firm with God.

8 Apr 2008: Things are very hard here. Please pray for us. We need that. When the government doesn't know what to do, Jesus knows. The Bible says we don't need to worry, in all things, trust the Lord. We trust Him when we have, when we don't have.
