Jesus said to him: "You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
Matthew 22:37-39
JEZI CEO Lesson 3 (In Creole)
A Professional Does the Difficult Thing: Professionals stay focused on their work, even when they don't feel like it. For example, surgeons in post-quake Haiti kept on amputating legs with gangrene even though they desperately wanted to get away from the sight, sounds and smells of the suffering around them. The world calls some occupations professional and devalues other occupations, but being a professional is not a title, it is a way of going about one's work. A humble washerwoman who faithfully takes care with the clothes she washes is far more of a professional than a high level government employee who does not serve his people.
